Well, I guess I have to share in the blame. I drew or modified many
of the bitmaps in WS Gopher. The "root" icon is the worst. In our
defense, the Save, Copy, Print, About and Context help buttons are
the defaults (with a little color added) supplied by Microsoft
Visual C++.

Subject: Help Unloading Sockets
We have a Microsoft LanMan 2.2b network running on a bunch of PS/2's.
In order to save on our already scarce memory, we need to unload the
sockets driver after an exit from Windows. However, this ALWAYS
causes the machine to crash -- no error message, just when you
type sockets /u, it dies. We are using the sockets provided with
LanMan.
Does anyone know anything at all about this problem, and more
importantly, what to do about it?
Thank you for any replies.
James
